What counts as a tracked user?

A unique user who was evaluated against at least one flag in a calendar month. Anonymous visitors are counted once per device.

Can we change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Do you offer discounts for startups or open source?

The demo copy says yes. Replace this with your own policy and how to apply.
